Pulsar AC Light Dimmer

I am using NCD Base paired with Comm Operator to communicate with my device using serial USB.  I read that you can the value of the light from 0-254, and wanted to ask how those numbers relate to the power used?  Example what does 60% of total power usage translate to in the numbers.  Thanks

The Pulsar series dimmers control on/off duration between the AC wave form zero cosses.  This means here in the US our power is 60hz so there are 60 zero cross instances per second.  Our board does not control light brightness by changing the Voltage or Amperage supplied to the bulb but rather by turning it on for certain durations between zero crosses.  I am not sure if that completely answeres your question or not.  If not please let us know.
