Monitoring push button with mircc2_usb

Good afternoon.  We recently purchased a mircc2_usb, with the hopes of adapting it to our current project.  I've been able to read the virtual comm port via putty and it produces a bunch of output when pushing and releasing a button.  Is there any way to set this up so that it reports 1 if the button is pushed, and 0 or nothing if it's not?

Hi,

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.  The best I can remember, the MirCC output is not programmable, but I need to validate this with another developer that will not be in the office until next Monday.  I will keep this question open until he has a chance to look at it.

Thanks,

Ryan

Thanks Ryan.  Any help would be appreciated.

I have send this to Travis for review.  He should be responding shortly.

Thanks,

Hi,

This guide contains a break down of the data in the push notification packet which is transmitted any time an input state changes:

https://s3.amazonaws.com/assets.controlanything.com/QSG/Push_Notificatio...

The packet contains the status of the input prior to input change and the status of the input after input change(See page 9).  The byte you are looking for is byte 20.

If you have any questions on this at all please let me know.

Perfect.  Exactly what we were looking for.  Thanks.
